Visiting Diani for the first time?

Diani is easy once the booking is settled. Pick a listed package, confirm your date and how many people are coming, then pay the KES or USD rate online. We send the meeting point on WhatsApp so you do not have to negotiate on the sand.

Wasini and Kisite days, jet ski hours, glass-bottom boats, sunset dhows, the market walk and the Swahili kitchen all use the same steps. Airport transfers between Mombasa (MBA) and Diani work the same way: listed price, confirmed time, no extra fuel stories at the gate.

If you are new to the south coast, start with one listed activity. You will know the duration, group size and price before you leave the hotel.

How to Get to Diani

Most visitors fly into Mombasa’s Moi International Airport (MBA), then continue south by road. The drive to Diani takes about 90 minutes via the Likoni ferry or the southern bypass, then Ukunda and Diani Beach Road. You can book our Mombasa Airport Transfer for a private car, or we can collect you from a Diani or Ukunda hotel when you book an excursion.

Domestic flights also land at Ukunda / Diani airstrip. From Nairobi you can fly, take the SGR to Mombasa and continue by road, or travel overnight by bus. Once you are on the coast, hotels sit along Diani Beach Road — after you book we send the exact meeting point on WhatsApp.

Booking Your Diani Excursions Online

We provide a direct reservation system for all your Diani excursions. You do not need to negotiate prices on the beach. Our digital portal displays fixed rates for every boat trip and cultural tour. You select your activity, choose a date, and pay a secure deposit online. We send your digital ticket and departure details instantly via WhatsApp.

Our payment system supports both local and international travelers. You can process your excursion deposit using an M-Pesa STK push or a standard credit card. This locks in your rate and guarantees your seat, protecting you from sudden price increases during peak coastal holiday seasons.

Transport Logistics and Park Fees

Organizing reliable transport matters when planning Diani excursions. Most of our boat trips and cultural tours offer optional pickup services directly from your hotel or resort in Diani and Ukunda. Your driver arrives at the scheduled morning time and brings you directly to the boat departure point.

Handling Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) Fees

If you book an ocean trip that enters protected waters, such as the Kisite Mpunguti Marine Park, you must account for government conservation fees. You pay the private boat and tour guide fees online through our platform. You pay the mandatory KWS conservation ticket directly to the rangers at the marine park gate. KWS operates a cashless system, requiring you to clear this entry fee via M-Pesa or a bank card before boarding the boat.

What to Pack for Your Trip

Coastal weather requires practical preparation. For marine excursions, bring high-SPF sunscreen, polarized sunglasses, and a lightweight long-sleeved shirt for sun protection. We supply all the necessary snorkeling gear and fitted life jackets on the boat. If you book a cultural or market tour, wear comfortable walking shoes and bring a reusable water bottle to stay hydrated.
