- Identity and contact details: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address.
- Booking details: package choice, guest counts, preferred date, hotel or stay name, pickup preference and any notes you add.

We do not store full card numbers on this website. Card and M-Pesa payments are processed by Pesapal under their own security controls.

- To create, confirm and manage your Diani excursion, water-sport, cultural tour or transfer booking.
- To send your digital ticket, meeting point and departure time on WhatsApp.
- To share operational details with the licensed boat captain, jet ski operator, guide or driver assigned to your booking.

We share booking information only as needed with payment providers, assigned boat operators, water-sport operators, cultural hosts, pickup drivers, and professional advisors or authorities when legally required. We do not sell guest contact lists.

Booking records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the trip, handle refunds or disputes, meet accounting needs and comply with applicable law. Contact messages may be retained to provide ongoing support.
